Cherry was a guest at "that other blog" the other day..
she was showing us how to applique using a pressing sheet
and she had this "fancy tulle", as she called it..
I never gave it a second thought...but my dear friend GAIL
and I were talking about the pressing sheet..( during my coffee break)
and that of course had me thinking of Cherry's tulle...
and I thought "I need a pressing sheet and a fancy tulle..".
And Gail shouted out " me too"
SEW I made one...
ohhhh I made a couple...
Using these gum containers..I have a few in diff't colors
Gail wanted PINK, and I just happened to have some
pink Tulle...can you believe that?
I will be making mine in WHITE in a Yellow container...
SEW there you have it....took me a few minutes
to whip this up...now we will have new pom-pom
scrubbers....( I think I best send one to Cherry)
after all she was my muse for this...
Ok, must get back to my school- work..
One of the nice things about studying at home..
I can FOCUS....lol

Miss reading you everyday, but glad you are still here! Hugs!
Now that is such a great idea! That Gail is so demanding, cotton candy pink and a pink container! You are way to kind. and those creative juices are still working! Super fun!! I am sure Cherry and Gail will love it!
Cute!!!
Ok...you have much too much time on your hands to be creating yet another sewing tool! Amazing you! Glad you took time away from the studies to share this neat idea!
My Grandma used to make these and give them to everyone. They really did work fabulously. Love the pink tulle...
I need to go find some tulle! I have the pressing sheet and it is fantastic. I won't do applique ever again without using it. Just gotta go find some tulle for a cute little tool to clean it! ! ! You are very creative on your little study break!
Sew cute! Love the idea of putting it in those cute containers. Thanks for sharing.
Haha, another great idea in the bubble gum container! Where do you come up with this??
I already have a pressing sheet in my "Cart" at Amazon. Now, I suppose I'll have to get myself some tulle! E-gads, I remember when my life was easy and all I had around here to mess stuff up was a book or two. lol
Hehehehe. I doesn't surprise me one single bit that you have some pretty tulle scrubbies now. You never miss out on fun ideas.
What an amazing twist on the scrubby. It looks great, like a little bouquet of flowers. You never stop impressing me. :-) Have a great day.
That will definitely make scrubbing more pleasant! :) Have a lovely weekend!
