Oooh! mittens and slippers!
Anything would do... We can always use a bunch of good tutes.
I love the list you have so far. I am always looking for tutorials for table runners, placemats, or basket liners. I am still a novice when it comes to sewing skills, so tutorials of any kind tickle me to death.
Looking forward to your guest bloggers and what they come up to share with us.
I am going through a love of embroidery craze, would love to see some Christmas stitchery...
Well, if you're going to have tuts on mittens and slippers.... how about a fab Santa Hat?? I'd love that. :-)
I like to see a tut for a nice wall hanging, one that could hang past the holidays.
I would like a few easy projects that LOOK hard so I can impress myself AND my family.
I agree with krislovesfabric...Embroidery Embroidery Embroidery Tuts.. I need some info on simple things like how many strands to use when/where, kinds of thread, needle sizes.brands, &Stabilizers!! Oh that's another area I'm needing help with. Stabilizers, interfacing, fusible vs, non-fusible. Wash-away vs. tear-away, weights of stabilizers. Surely someone out there has all the info we would ever need to know about Stabilizers. Sulky has some great stuff but I don't what to use where.
How about a Christmas Bag.Or a pet coat to keep them warm.Or a Christmas tree skirt!!The possibilities are endless. Let the fun begin!!
I would love to see stuff I could sew for guys like my 68 year old father and my 90 year old Grandfather. And my sisters 29 year old boyfriend.
Hope you were able to enjoy all of your Thanksgiving!! Very cool button and even cooler idea for month of tutorial ideas :) Bring on the holidays!
Great idea! This will be fun. Am I one of these tuts, or am I in November? (We talked about "heart-y" stuff...) LOL You have so much going on I guess I'd better make sure I'm ready when you call on me!! Let me know!
Just sent you an email with my idea for a tutorial!
Sounds like fun, am I one of those tutorials? If not I'm interested.
Oh Samm, you come up with the "bestest" ideas. More tuts are great. I am learning sew much.
I am in desparate need of some ornaments to make and not those "old fashioned" cheesy ones! Oh I please no more felt...I need to use my fabrics!!!
74 days, thank you for letting me know!!! So much to do and so little time! YIKES!!
Love the button and what a fun idea. I agree with ...Embroidery!!!
I can't beleive only 74 days where has the year gone. I agree with everyones comments all of the above sound like fun to do.
(((HUGS))) Roz.
This year has just flown by!...its unreal. I would love to be a part of this. Your ideas are giving me ideas. :D

hi there Madame Samm I would love to see a tut for a countdown to christmas calendar..or a quick winter scene art block or how about a book cover for a daily planner....I knew that you were cooking up something...Good luck Madame Samm but for what you do luck has nothing to do with it..just being yourself brings us all into the fold...
You CRACK me up! I could sit and "read you" all day long...
A tutorial or two on organizers, like a wall hanging/holder for rulers or maybe a roomy box/basket made from fabric or a pet bed/pillow or a candle mat/sleeve or decorative appliance covers...or
Hmmm. I have a fun idea and will try to work it out and then show it to you.
How about an advent calendar of tiny things to put on the tree or for a bunting. Like shoes, elves etc. I love the idea of Xmas themed mug rugs too.
I make fun fleece socks in the winter...I'd love to do a tut for fleece socks if you need more contributors.
I love your banner...what fun.
Smiles,
Kelly
I think your list looks great.Love the idea of a Christmas apron, wall hanging, all of them! This should be so fun I cant wait.I love the countdown link too!
I would be happy to make up a tute Samm...let me know if you have a spot for me :)
Great idea - candle wrappers, ornaments, anything with a snowman (for non-Christmas people).
This is going to be so fun - and it will be December before we know it. blessings, marlene
Good Morning!
How about a tute for some type of organizer for your end table to organize pins, thread, scissors, seam ripper etc when you are stitching. I have that stuff lying on my end table next to the chair and something always ends up falling on the floor.
Looking forward to this, it will be fun!
If you need another contributor, I can do a tut for mittens out of recycled sweaters. Let me know Samm.
If you get more tuts than you can use, can't you just put up more than one on a few of the days? Especially if they are short and simple ones. In this case, more can definitely be better!
such a great idea! wonderful. J'adore ta bannière, tellement ''girly'' et très réussi. bravo
Sounds like a GREAT idea! Hmmmm - if Dear Jane agrees - WE could do a tut on paper piecing something simple?
Oh lovely! Can't wait to see them - any help with pressies would be good!

I'd love to do a tutorial (sent you an email) on either a simple table runner or a zip bag.
Hi, I've never done a tut but am willing to do one for a Rice Bag (small heating pad). 1 yard of muslin and 1 yard of flannel mixed with a little rice and you can have 12 small gifts. Just let me know if you are interested.

Wow what a pefect time for me to leave this message, because, Thanks to you Madame Samm, and a select few other angels, It is Christmas morning here! And Thanksgiving,..all rolled into one. Thank you does not even fit here..how do I say thank you, and really let you all know how very wonderful you are? To really convey how I feel, with such an extraordinary gifts arriving at my door? Needless to say, I was floored, and cried, yes of course it made me cry. For you ladies to come together in your hearts and minds, and put this together for me, and present all these wonderful gists! I am still just in shock. I am so very grateful to each of you. God has sent angels to my door once again. You are amazing Madame Samm. A true inspiration to all of us.
Hey Samm - I've got a few ideas for more "masculine" gifts, as well as more traditional stuff. Give me a shout - this is Liz M., we talked before - and I can email you details.
I would love stocking, mittens and slippers tutorials. Especially slippers. I have daughter-in-laws who are really hard to make things for and I think this would be a perfect gift. Also, some guy things. You are awesome and sew inspirational.
Hi Mme Samm,
I am making a "kitchen shoji" that will sit on the counter and screen the appliances in that corner. I am making a fall-themed one and have a Christmas one almost done, too. If you would like a tutorial of it, please let me know...
